Review:
Xavier Neal has written such emotional book, that at times bought you to tears. The character was written with so much depth with them. That you could feel what they were truly going through. For me this story has bought to light there is still people out there that care for others, no matter what their circumstance is. Archer is an Army Vet that has return back home, but is having trouble adjusting to the environment now. With his PTSD he is homeless and he relies on kindness of strangers. When he is digging through Jaye garbage since she always had the stuff that is really fresh. Jaye offers Archer a helping hand that slowly builds towards a friendship that bonds forever. Jaye has block herself off form the world, after the death of her finance 3 years before. Will Archer be able to break down the walls that Jaye has built. Can they build a bond with each other that is strong from helping each other with their weakness? This is a very emotional read and fell in love with it from page one and could not put down until finish. Highly recommend this book, you need to but on TBR list today.
